CREDA-Stamp is designed to verify document integrity without uploading, transmitting, or storing your files.

1. Local processing
CREDA-Stamp computes file hashes directly in your browser using built-in cryptographic functions. The file remains on your device during both record creation and verification.
- No file uploads;
- No file transmission;
- No server-side processing of your documents;
- No storage of your files by CREDA-Stamp.
2. Integrity records
CREDA-Stamp generates a JSON integrity record that you may download and store. This record is not retained by CREDA-Stamp.
You are responsible for saving, managing, and protecting any records you create.
3. Information included in a record
- SHA-256 file hash;
- Timestamp of record creation;
- File name and basic metadata (when available);
- Optional information you choose to include.
4. Contact form
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide (such as name, email, and message). This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.
5. Analytics and technical data
Standard website hosting or analytics tools may collect general technical information (such as browser type, device, or IP address). These tools do not receive the contents of files processed by CREDA-Stamp.
6. Security considerations
CREDA-Stamp relies on your device and browser for security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your systems and stored records.
7. No certification of content
CREDA-Stamp verifies whether a file matches a previously recorded version. It does not certify authenticity, authorship, execution, or legal validity.
