How to use CREDA-Stamp
Verify a document in seconds.
CREDA-Stamp allows you to prove whether a document has changed by creating and later verifying a deterministic integrity record.
Create a record
- Select the finalized document (for example, a signed or executed file)
- Click Generate Record
- Download and save the record with the document
The generated record represents the exact contents of the file at that moment.
Verify a document later
- Select the document you want to verify
- Paste the saved CREDA-Stamp record
- Click Verify File
CREDA-Stamp will confirm whether the file matches the original recorded version.
Understanding results
- Match verified — The file is identical to the recorded version
- No match — The file differs from the recorded version
Best practices
- Generate a record immediately after a document is finalized
- Store the record with the document (same folder, case file, or archive)
- Use verification when document integrity is in question
Important note
CREDA-Stamp verifies whether a file has changed. It does not certify authorship, authenticity, or legal validity of the document.
