CREDA-Stamp

How to use CREDA-Stamp

Verify a document in seconds.

CREDA-Stamp allows you to prove whether a document has changed by creating and later verifying a deterministic integrity record.

Create a record

  1. Select the finalized document (for example, a signed or executed file)
  2. Click Generate Record
  3. Download and save the record with the document

The generated record represents the exact contents of the file at that moment.

Verify a document later

  1. Select the document you want to verify
  2. Paste the saved CREDA-Stamp record
  3. Click Verify File

CREDA-Stamp will confirm whether the file matches the original recorded version.

Understanding results

  • Match verified — The file is identical to the recorded version
  • No match — The file differs from the recorded version

Best practices

  • Generate a record immediately after a document is finalized
  • Store the record with the document (same folder, case file, or archive)
  • Use verification when document integrity is in question

Important note

CREDA-Stamp verifies whether a file has changed. It does not certify authorship, authenticity, or legal validity of the document.
